Join us for a Valentine’s Day gathering on Friday, February 13 at 1:30 p.m. Attendees will enjoy sweet treats, engaging activities, and a special musical performance featuring barbershop-style singing by the Croix Chordsmen Chorus.

Gelli® Printing Workshop
Dive into the captivating world of Gelli® printing—a delightful and straightforward mono-printing method that utilizes a gelatin plate to produce eye-catching designs on paper or fabric.
What to Expect:
✔ Explore textures with stencils, natural objects, and more
✔ Master layering techniques to create unique artwork
Each month, we will uncover new techniques and craft beautiful pieces perfect for framing, card-making, art journaling, and other creative endeavors.
Supplies Provided: Paper and paint
Required: Gelli® plate and brayer (available for purchase upon request)
Note: A Premium Social Activities Add-on Package is necessary for participation.*

American Mahjong
American Mahjong is more than just a pastime—it’s a way to challenge your mind, build friendships, and enjoy a tradition that has captivated players for generations. During our session, we’ll introduce the basics of the game, explore the unique rules and hands that make American Mahjong distinct, and provide plenty of time to practice together.
No prior experience is needed. All you need to bring is your curiosity and enthusiasm! We’ll guide you step by step, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident as we learn.

Fitness at Community Thread
We’ve teamed up with Stillwater Community Education and Live 2 B Healthy of St. Croix Valley to bring you an array of accessible, affordable, and enjoyable fitness classes for older adults. Led by nationally certified professionals from Live 2 B Healthy, the lineup includes Chair Yoga, Senior Circuit, Tai Chi, Small Group Senior Boot Camp, and Strength & Balance.
Most classes are free for members of Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Renew Active, One Pass, and Community Thread’s Thrive, with a self-pay option available.
