Community Thread helps our neighbors thrive while they age in the place of choice. Whether living in an apartment, house, or senior living community, our ride and home services are designed to support older adults in maintaining independence even when simple or early challenges arise. Our volunteer-led services include:
- Roundtrip rides for medical appointments, errands, and social activities.

- Home Chore & Maintenance Visits to tackle challenging tasks
- Season Outdoor Services to keep up with yard work and snow removal
