RECIPIENT REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.WHAT do I need to register?
In order to successfully register for Holiday Hope, please have ready the following items to upload into the form, or bring with you to your registration appointment. To make an appointment, please call 651-439-7434.
- FORM OF IDENTIFICATION for each household member. This may be a driver’s license, State ID card or Passport for each member of the household, including children age 18 and under. Accepted forms of ID for children include birth certificate, school ID or health insurance card.
- PROOF OF CURENT ADDRESS. Provide a piece of mail with proof of current address, such as a utility bill, paycheck stub or bank account statement listing CURRENT address. It must be dated within the last 60 days.
WHO can register for Holiday Hope?
To be eligible to be a Holiday Hope recipient, you must meet the following qualifications:
- You must be experiencing a financial hardship.
- You must have children ages birth through 12th Grade, OR be an older adult(s) age 62+, OR be an adult(s) with disabilities.
- You must live in communities within central Washington County.
- If registering as a family, qualifying children must be ages birth through grade 12 and living at least 50% of the time with the parent or guardian completing the registration form.
WHERE can I register for Holiday Hope?
Holiday Hope registration for the 2024 holiday season is now closed. Please review the 2024 Resource Document (below) for additional support.
- Cimarron residents: In-person registration is available for Cimarron residents at Cimarron. Please contact Jaime Staska for more information – jstaska@familymeans.org.
- Landfall residents: In-person registration is available for Landfall residents at Landfall. Please contact Jaime Staska for more information – jstaska@familymeans.org.
- Community Thread: In-person registration dates are available at Community Thread. Appointment is required. Please call 651-439-7434 to schedule an appointment after Tuesday, October 22.
